Staff good, all clean

Noise in the room above me was terrible, finally quieted down after 3 calls to the desk

Great stay, good breakfast, and kids loved the pool. The fitness center is actually a temporary membership to the Workout Anytime down the road, which is an amazing bonus.

For its age, it was extremely clean. The staff are always very accommodating and go beyond what is expected. The pool area, which is notoriously hard, is always clean and well functioning.

When passing the service area with the doors open it is a lot less clean (including the floors) than the rest of the hotel. The beds are older and harder than is customary.

Didn't eat breakfast

Hot tub, pool, firm bed, clean.

Ice machine on first still broken, employees not empowered for decision making & deciders never around, hot tub Luke warm. Towel counting like I would steal some Only desk chair in room

Breakfast was ok. Not as expansive as what I would have liked. Heavy on the carbs. But overall ok.

Glad to have an ice machine on the floor that I stayed on. In fact, that’s why I switched rooms. Did not want to travel to a different floor for ice. Annoyed by that. Not sure what the rationale was.
