"Not a good day at all"

The hot tub that’s all and the breakfast

I did Not like how there was black stuff blowing out the ac and heat vents on to the floor and the bed. The tv had no channels to watch at all. Didn’t take two different deposits and I have yet to get either one of them back yet and each time it was $100 so that’s $200 that I need to get back.

"Outside of the tub in handicap room,it was nice."

Breakfast was good,nice choices, location was close to everything but also quite area.

I needed a handicap room with walk-in shower,not a handicap suite with tub.wheelchair bound person can't get in a tub.

"We got our rest ,ate breakfast and headed out."

The room was clean. The staff were nice. It was quiet. The continental breakfast was good.

I felt like it was expensive for the location. It was a little out dated and the beds were hard. The pillows helped.

"i will never recommend this Hotel to no one including my enemies"

the price of my room got increased, so i asked for the manager 4 different times in 2 days no reply, so i canceled my last day then i got text from the manger at 11 pm saying she was busy for the past 48 hours, but she got freed when she found out i am canceling my room, then i looked at CC statement to find out i got charged again $65 for something else, never got a refund on the last day

bad management, i thought such good Corp will not give there name a bad image by having Owner/ manger that so carless about customers satisfaction and try to scam by over charging
