"Not worth value paid…"

Breakfast had a wide variety of foods.

We had to go gather our own linens for the sofa bed and enough towels for 4 guests! Housekeeping did not refill amenities or straighten up for second day. TV volume had a mind of its own-from mute to high depending on channel.

"Won’t come back."

The downstairs looked nice

It was not clean the shower didn’t even fit into the area cut out for it so I felt like I was going to fall through the whole time I was in the shower. Also still waiting for the return of deposit a week later

"Nice place to stay but needs some changes before I stay there again"

The breakfast was amazing and the bed was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly.

I had to pay an extra fee when I checked in. I don't remember reading about that. We picked this hotel because it had a pool. The pool water had been emptied and the pool was closed. The shower shelf that holds the shampoo and conditioner fell off the wall. During a storm, the weather turned the power on and off in the entire building. The air conditioner never came back on after the power outage. I mentioned it at breakfast at 7 am and they never flipped the circuit breaker so it would work before we checked out at 10:30.

"Surprisingly disappointed"

Great location, excellent breakfast, desk manager was great.

Room was not clean when we arrived. Found dries bug husks on bed, several spiders in room during stay, maid didn't service our room when supposed to. Also my service dog got ticks at this location.
