Check in and out was very easy. Loved the hotel shuttle to airport. Breakfast was great, pleasant surprise re quality and variety. Spacious room and very comfy bed.

Getting into CBD, downtown was only available by taxi or Uber etc, no public transport links.

Bar staff were super friendly and nice. He was courteous and very personable.

Room was gross. Towels and linens missing, trash in trash cans, mold in shower and on the soap bottles mounted in shower, unknown something on the curtains, just all around not clean. Smoke alarm/ carbon monoxide detector is open without a battery. Picture missing from bathroom. Room was also set to 45 when it was barely 70 degrees outside.

"Bad feeling in Wyndham Garden Kansas City Airport."

The breakfast is Ok. Location is OK.

The feeling of stay in this hotel was really very very bad! When I checked out, the hotel charge me lots of fees, I even don't know what kind of service it was, like elimination fee, etc. 2 days staying, it deducted me $307.89（Hotel fee + Tax）+ $30 (Early check-in) +$10 (Elimination fee?) + $6.47 (Resort fee) =Total $354.36 It's crasy!

Room was comfortable. Breakfast was very good and staff kept it well filled. Bath towels are thin but serviceable. Overall we had a very good stay.

Quality of towels. The property is a bit worn but comfortable.
