The area to go to racetrack or Hardee's to get food

The rooms were getting old couldn't flush the toilet had to keep using water to do so I told the front desk and they asked me did I need them to do anything instead of going to do so when not needed to be asked. Mildew smell they need to renovate those rooms asap or they won't be operating I tell you that. And also the owner never given me a free night because a room was not right it was roaches and bed bugs in the third floor rooms that's shouldn't be if you have housekeeping they need to strip the whole beds not just make the beds up I been in housekeeping for years and thats unacceptable need to do better with staffing.

Location to VSU for a competition we were attending. Staff at night was very helpful and kind. We had a late check-in, no issues. Needed additional wash cloths no issue. Key wasn't working exchanged, no problem

Breakfast didn't have a good selection for hot food, only waffles. Kids weren't able to take a bath, only the shower was working. Couldn't change the water to the tub.

The rooms and hallway smelled like mildew

It stinks

The only good thing was location. Easy access to 95.

Elevator out of order, rooms were not cleaned, cockroach in the bathroom sink, hot breakfast was a joke. No teabags, no muffins, bread, limited cereals, no grab and go items. Only hot item was waffle. Only fruit was a few apples.

There was roaches in the bathroom all over the toilet
