"Would be nice if they made minor repairs."

Things were in order.

The smell was horrible and continued throughout the complex. Minor repairs would keep this place nice. Shower water pressure was low. Shower curtain didn't keep water off the floor. Ceiling was peeling above the shower. Toilet paper holder was broken, spool was moved around a lot. Toilet set was plastic, replace it please.. like I said, MINOR...
