We were very disappointed with the condition of our room. The shower curtain had mold on it, and the shower itself had not been cleaned properly, we even found hair from a previous guest. By the time we noticed, we were in a hurry, but it was honestly unacceptable and quite unpleasant.

Room was full of moisture and felt sticky. Carpet was tore up and sharp. Bathroom floor was gross. Shower and jet tub do not drain. Shower tub filled up with water. Hot tub was not available. No towels at pool.

Staff was very nice but the room was very musty and smelled. Was going to use the fridge and when we opened it it wasn’t working and smelled horrible. Old worn furniture.

Jacuzzi was broke. Look like it has been for awhile. We chose this hotel for that. Pictures on web are misrepresented. To look better then it actually is. Would not recommend this hotel.

easy on/off from hwy

the water in the shower did not get hot, poor water pressure. Not a great way to start or finish your day.
