Location was perfect. Bed was comfortable. Free cookies at check-in.

There were multiple spots in the room that hadn’t been cleaned. The refrigerator was frosted over and did not work properly. The stairwells looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. The breakfast was mediocre eggs and potatoes were barely warm. Very poor selection of items compared to other chains. I chose this location because we have updated country and suites before and they were excellent apparently not anymore!
