"My friend and I just needed somewhere to lay our heads for the night"

Toilet and shower were clean. Location was good. Lady on reception desk was friendly. Bed was comfortable.

Curtains were hanging off and net curtain had black damp on it. Cupboard under wash basin and inside both sets of drawers hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Skirting boards were thick with dust. Drips of tea/coffee on walls. First impression on entering the hotel - large stain on the carpet. Also, couldn't get the TV to work

"Not for us"

Nothing.

. walked into the hotel and immediately realised it wasn't somewhere we could stay for the night. I looked round for a member of staff for a few minutes and the eventually the cleaner appears, tells me to go into reception and ring the bell. Waiyed 10 minutes then the cleaner rang the bell and a voice came back saying he wss coming to see me. We were a bit early and wasn't expecting to get into the room, just wanted to know about parking arrangements. They reception man gave us the keys to room 18, so we went to the room and i knew it wasn't somewhere we could stay, the sheet onthe bed didn't cover the mattress, there was no mattress protector on the bed, lifted the sheet up and noticed black marks on the mattress, so we returned to reception and hand4the keys back. Telling him what we found. Went back to the car and looked for another hotel.

"Bathroom location"

I like the Area bcos is accessible to bus stop easily and the area is quite, The room is okay and clean

The rug is old they should change the entrance rug , secondaly i did not get a bathroom i have only the toilet in the room that i stayed overnight today , I came out of my room to looked for bathroom to take my bath if its shared i dont even mind but I couldn't see any so I was wondering Maybe inside the toilet room thats where will do my bath please. I dont understand. Thanks

Perfect location ,clean comfy bed and good size room with en suite ,I would stay again

It is a bit run down could do with some blinds or net curtains up at the windows our room was overlooked so had to keep the curtains shut ,and maybe offer top up of milk sachets and teabags if staying 2 nights but other than that it was a good stay x
