"One of the worst hotels we’ve had the misfortune to stay in over the years the only saving grace is a good location"

Location was great

The window frame rotten and letting wind in , 2 worn out pillows in 1 pillowcase to make it look good , mattress lumpy , stains all over walls , floor , curtains broken tiles in bathroom , pat test out of date to top it all couldn’t get out of the door upon leaving and no one at reception to complain to

"Lovely hotel"

Nice staff let me check in early. Very good location and lots of places to eat out, nearby pubs and bars if your there for nightlife and a short walk to the open air theatre 15 to 20 mins. Comfy bed and warm room nice tv and tea and coffee making facilities. Quiet hotel too.

No milk for tea and coffee Pillow was abit too chunky for me but( but thats personal preference so cant be jhelped) on my next stay in a couple of months will request a thinner one. Shower pressure was a little poor but still a good room for price x

"Location fab.cheap rooms at a cheap price no frills basic great comfy beds"

Location. Friendly reception guy. He was very helpful. Cheap price so really good. Good clean beds very comfy.

Run down. Skirting boards need a good scrub. Needs at lot of attention. Drips of water from shower coming through ceiling above us in bed. It had been patched up.

Stayed at this property a few times now. Nice friendly staff. Easy to check in. Great location for town and beach. Quiet. Nice clean rooms. Exceptional value for money
