I’m having a hard time thinking about one thing.

The wall had patch work on the wall that needed to be sanded & painted. It wasn’t clean. Nats were hovering over the light by my door. The shower was out up to par. The nozzle was pouring straight out, and the knob fell off. The TV had two remotes for the same TV. Didn’t know what one to use. The picture that’s on the website did not match the room I received.

Sheets were clean

Bathroom was very old. Had to shower with cold water in the morning. Windows needed to be cleaned and some rails in the balcony were broken. Breakfast was the minimum.

The front desk staff was wonderful. Very professional and nice. Room 43 was very spacious, had a view of the river / Lake Kaweaia. Everything worked find and we found it comfortable. This was priced very competitively and we feel we got a great deal. The only cleanliness issue was a framed glass picture that had a cobweb on it and the bathroom had a hair in it. Plenty of towels and ice. We enjoyed our stay and used it as our base for several hikes in Sequoia over 3 days. Crystal Cave and Morro Rock were are favorite hikes and the Crescent Meadow was beautiful and had wildflowers along the trail as well.

- Emplacement de l'hôtel à 10 min de Sequoia NP - Extérieurs plutôt sympathiques avec présence d'une piscine (que nous n'avons pas utilisée) - Un petit déjeuner est proposé

- Rapport qualité/prix totalement lunaire, fuyez !! - Chambre vieillissante, avec des travaux inachevés (voir photos jointes), qui ne devrait donc pas être proposée aux clients surtout pour plus de 150€ la nuit !! - Le bruit ++++ : Climatisation et frigo qui font un bruit énorme, il est donc impossible d'allumer la clim la nuit ou même de regarder la TV (il faut imaginer le bruit d'un aspirateur fonctionnant à plein régime) - Le personnel de ménage qui met la musique, parle, hurle et claque les portes à 8h du matin devant les chambres. N'a-t-on pas le droit de dormir plus tard ?!! - Les gens qui fument du cannabis dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel. Une délicieuse odeur qui envahit la chambre à toute heure du jour et de la nuit. - La chambre n'était pas propre. Il y avait des tâches sur le rideau de douche ainsi que des cheveux dans la baignoire à notre arrivée. - Literie de moyenne qualité
