Vicino aeroporto e trasporti

Al ristorante non rispondo mai al telefono Appena arrivata mi hanno addebitato 2 volte il costo delle camere (negando di averlo fatto e su mia insistenza hanno poi verificato ) e mi hanno scritto e-mail con conferma che avevano stornato l importo non dovuto solo dopo mia richiesta scritta . Non si lavora così . Si deve essere più professionali e avere più cura del cliente. Il rimborso è avvenuto dopo 48 h e la disponibilità della mia carta di credito è rimasta ridotta per tutto quel tempo.

Bom tamanho de quarto, boa cama, ar condicionado e banheiro, tudo muito limpo e na pouca interação com os funcionários eles foram educados e cordiais. A localização é excelente, com acesso direto aos terminais do aeroporto.

O endereço fornecido no booking nos levou a outro hotel, causando dificuldades para chegar. Precisa corrigir no aplicativo

Das Bett war super bequem. Sehr schöner Eingangsbereich. Tolle Dekoration. Das Frühstück war auch Top -> ich habe noch nie so ein gutes Rührei gegessen. Auch das Essen im Restaurant am Abend war vorzüglich. Wir hatten Rinder Carpaccio und Burrata👍
