Novotel Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport

Left too early for breakfast, but weren’t sure it was included.

The bar wanted cash (euros) - no Credit Cards - for drinks. Had to find the manager to put the tab on our overall bill. Our daughter, husband and her 2 kids stayed in another room. Both kids who slept on a pull out ended up with multiple bug bites.

Lovely room and nice hotel. Nice open space downstairs and the air conditioning was very welcome as it was a heatwave in Paris! Friendly staff and smooth check in. Really easy to get the shuttle to terminal 2 in the morning (the hotel is at T3). Travel cot was set up and a toddler bed - all ready for us.

The food was a little bit mixed - I recommend the burger but my husband's meal (chicken) was realy bland and I didn't see any kids options on the menu. I should have specified two cots as my toddler is a bit too small for a bed and he fell out of it... (totally unharmed just he's a bit too little for a real bed).

The location is good within the terminal. The restaurant onsite is excellent.

The shower was continually flushing and should have been picked up by housekeeping after previous guest. The lights were flickering. We asked to change rooms immediately which we did. That room the toilet worked but the door was so creaky so not good for overnight visits. There was no milk powder shachets. We were told this was usual, which was rubbish. The wine bar next door supplied milk but was closed.
