Oasis Boca Raton

My room was decent, and the bed was comfortable. The location was great because I can walk to a nearby shopping plaza and the recreation center was close by. I enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was mediocre.

The building is under construction and my main concern is the elevator. The elevator is very hot, and I could not find the fitness center in the building. The building needs some upgrades like the business center so I can use the computer and use the phones.

Everything was great, very comfortable even with the construction going on it was still peaceful. Huge pool and nice hot hot tub. I would recommend The oasis for sure.

The only thing I did like was a young black American girl that works the front desk is very rude all the time and makes nasty comments in creole to her co-workers while customers are waiting a long time to check in , not knowing I understand creole. She was the only one who made me and my 8yr. Old daughter uncomfortable when we would have to go to the front desk in the morning.

Staff and location were the best part about this hotel. Rooms and facilities were pretty good as well.

Lack of coffee, socializing areas, and small-ish rooms. Pool closing too early in the evening. Some hotels keep their pool open past midnight. This one was closed around 9pm

Just great value for the money. Nice resort. Even with the construction going on it was a very enjoyable stay. The manager Luis should write a book on keeping guests happy. And the rest of the staff, Alex, Naomi and William are top notch. Why would you stay anywhere else.

The rooms are great. The pool and patio is perfect and the breakfast was yummy.

Room was musty smelling. Included breakfast was nothing to write home about.
