Great value, nearby shopping and a mile to the beach

It was inexpensive.

They had cockroaches in the room, the air was horrible and the room was hot, and the pool was filthy. Oh and the local crackheads were sneaking around and squatting in the hotel.

The hotel has a nice inner garden with the pool. Very well located close to the main things in Boca. People where nice and the room was just like in the pictures.

Stayed for a night, great for the price! Staff was nice and it seemed clean in my opinion, id stay here again!

Beds were comfortable, room was nice and cool, breakfast had a good variety

Arrived early hoping for early check in after driving nearly 9 hrs, we were told that a room wasn’t available yet because they just started cleaning which was fine, they would call me as soon as one was clean so we could check in. Waited 3 hrs in town and went back to front desk, was told this time that there were only rooms with one king bed available and that she had been trying to get a supervisor on the phone but nobody would answer and she would call as soon as she could get us checked in. Waited another 2 hrs sitting in the car wasting gas and finally just walked in at the regular check in time to see others checking in. I know early check in is never a guarantee but telling us that they would call as soon as a room is available and then being given the run around is just ridiculous. She could have straight up told me that it wasn’t an option. Self laundry is available with signs saying detergent and such are sold at the front desk, when I asked about buying some I was told they don’t do that anymore, not to mention one of the two washers were broken so the people that live in the hotel full time had it taken up at all times. It’s also listed as not being a pet friendly hotel, but our neighbors had a large breed dog barking several times. When I called the front desk to see if they could possibly quiet the dog, I was told that they now accept animals and the people had been there for 2 weeks and it hadn’t been a problem yet.
