Jet tubs in rooms

Beds are not comfortable, they are too stiff, they make ur lower back hurt really bad.

I really enjoyed the whirlpool tub in our room. I also enjoyed the set up of the room. It was very spacious and clean.

I did not like the fact that you have to bring a "pool pass" with you to the spa to use the facility. We were not told that upon arrival. It was in our envelope, but I didn't think to look for it. We got all the way to the pool, and was told we had to go back to our room to get it. I had a room key, a senator inn bath robe on, and they said I needed it for proof. I completely understand rules are rules. There needs to be signs or reminders in the room for a heads up. Other guests mentioned it as well.

the restaurant was a disaster! I went to use my coupon.. apparently they had an unadvertised event... I was not informed, did not get a menu card with full menu and was seated in the event while the rest of the dining room was empty. I have never seen such a poorly organized restaurant in a hotel.

Doordash was awesome

The room needed some dusting and there was a bag of what I assume to be chip crumbs between the night stand and the bed.

The lights went out for about three hours. The doors wouldn’t lock so we couldn’t leave. There was no hot water. They said the pool and hot tub were available. That’s why we booked it when we got there. They were not OK to use.
