Accused of things that didn’t happen on this property. Threatened to be charged extra for dirty towels, because there was a little dirt on a towel they refused to believe it was dirt and was very sure it was food on the towel, I work in construction and accidentally got dirt on a towel, and it came clean. Didn’t receive my incidental deposit back. accused of cleaning food off the floor with their towels, didn’t even eat in the hotel…Management was unprofessional. Left my air on 68 so it would be cool when I came home from work. Got there my air was set back to 73. I stay out of town often and this was one of the least pleasant experiences I’ve had.

Staff were attentive and kind. I failed to indicate I was disabled and needed a first floor room, and the staff was quick to get my husband and I a first floor room. The pool was great, very clean and relaxing. I would absolutely go back again. Comfortable bed and very quiet.

We diddnt get in till 11pm and the front desk guy let us get a bowl of cereal which was amazing. Staff was very nice all around and the rooms were very comfortable. Perfect for a road trip pit stop! Super easy access to food and the highway!
