The pool was closed. The room was okay but the first night I got locked out of my room and slept in my car because there was no one up front

We had two rooms. Broken fixtures in both rooms, pool out of service, ice machine broken, no refrigerator in one room, extremely soft beds, shower curtain rod about to fall off the wall, broken furniture in one room. The convenience store across the street had two armed guards and a lot of people partying early in the morning that looked like they had been up all night. There were homeless people sleeping on the ground all over. The neighborhood was dangerous, very ghetto-like.

Great place, it was what I need to rest.

The staff was really nice as we had some issues with our room and had to relocate, but the rooms were not super clean, and the pool was closed.

Got to the property when it reached 108 degrees outside and was informed by a sign behind the front desk that the pool was closed. Unhappy kids from the start. Greeted by a green puddle of who knows what and garbage when we stepped out of our car. Non-smoking room was definitely a smoking room. Broken light switch. Only working bathroom light was the heat lamp. Good things were how quite the room was and how cold the AC air was.

Did not stay. Went to another hotel. Property in disrepair, trash floating in pool, room dirty/reaked of covered up cigarette smoke, pealing paint. Front desk clerk was kind and as helpful as possible though.

This place was horrible! If we weren’t so tired we would have demanded a refund and found some place else. Beds - pillow cases were dirty. Bathroom - tub was dirty and the faucet constantly leaked water even though it was turned completely off. Toilet seat was broken (I mean the seat was actually broken and screws were pulled out of the hinge). Pool was “closed for repairs” but it looked like it hadn’t been open for a while as it was filled with trash.
