Perfect location for EDC. Didn’t fight too much traffic. However, this property is far from perfect. No breakfast, pool was conveniently “out of service” even though it looked fine to me, limited water pressure, dirty carpet, broken bathroom tile, drainage issues in shower, scummy crap in and around the shower, no seating other than the beds which were not at all comfortable, and armoire used as a security barrier between rooms is sketch. The neighborhood didn’t seem violent or crime infested, but it definitely gave off that sketchy feel as it was clearly not the best part of town. Again, location to EDC is perfect and staff was super kind and attentive to typical hotel guest needs. AC blew nice and cold.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTELS. The staff is rude the unbelief had a music festival in town and felt it was okay for my next door neighbor to fully blast his stereo all night long. I had no idea what was going on I had a table in my room they only had two legs on it so I put my GrubHub on the table pull the chair out and lost $30 of food to the floor and they wouldn't wouldn't reimburse me and told me all the rooms have tables with two legs. It's just a new or if it made sense. Stay here only if it's the last dish shelter in an apocalypse.

Non smoking room smelled of cigarettes, bathroom shower rod was coming off the walls, bathroom door had a Mikey mouse paste repair, random chair in the room had a big cut across it.

Non smoking room reaked of smoke. people outside of rooms partying. smoking drinking loud music. it was only 5 pm

I had $300 worth of gift cards missing from my room. The Indian lady who worked in the front was very kind and helpful. After I left the maids were only one who came in my room. I never got a call or anything. The property itself was pleasant, not the Hamptons just be careful with your belongings and don’t leave valuables

It looked ran down and people walked all night

Quick check in, room was dated and worn, one bed comfortable and the other one not so much. Road in front very noisy at night. Great price for a two day stay when we weren’t going to be in the room much.

It was reasonably priced.
