The manager was very friendly, and offered a refund back to my card for my last 4 days of stay that I did not use. The refund did not come through so I paid basically 400 dollars for a one-night stay

The room was dirty and the elevator smelled Industrial. Like a hydraulic hose went bad. My daughter was asthmatic and could not handle the smell

The cleanliness, mostly of the floor, especially in the bathroom Not all of The outside doors from the stairwell had to be accessed with a key, which made me have a tiny question about security, but I had no problems.

The sole positive was that the room was available but upon seeing it I was not surprised. It was dirty, dated and smelly. The sight of long black hair in the bathroom was disturbing, to say the least, disgusting since I have short, brown hair. Filthy baseboards, electrical plugs that don't work, curtains not hung because of missing hooks but the best decoration of all was the duct tape on the drapes!?? The windows were/are filthy and space does not allow for a complete listing of everything that was grotesque. I would never refer anyone to stay at this facility.
