Baymont by Wyndham Great Falls City Center

Friendly staff, view was great 👍

Had to get a hold of booking.com agents two times, they spoke to the desk person at the hotel two times. The hotel could never get the proper confirmation information on their screen to allow me a room. I had to spend 90 minutes in the lobby Dealing with this hassle until booking.com. Told me they would refund me, but I would have to go to another hotel because of the Baymounts inability to see the completed reservation. While we were waiting for everything to get organized, we had to share the lobby with a homeless woman charging her phone, as well as some sketchy looking people, loitering and smoking outside in front of the hotel. It was probably better that we had to switch hotels in the end. My daughter Was very afraid of all these sketchy people, on top of that the lobby smelled terrible

L’esmorzar és molt pobre i no hi ha opcions veganes.

The room is comfortable, the temperatures are easy to adjust, I have stayed here many times and appreciate the consistency in quality.

No complaints.

I like the location and the peacefulness. Hot breakfast everyday.

No came to clean-up/ tighten up my room. I left everyday before 10a.m. and return around 7/7:30 to find my bed not and the towels not exchange.

room was newly renovated clean and open

room heater was old and needs replacement

会議を行ったHotel Arvonが近かった。自動のホットケーキ焼き器が面白かった。

タオル交換など、2日に1回（セットされたタオルが2日分だったので）、自主的に行って欲しかった。 トイレが詰まった エレベータ内の行き先階が分かりづらかった
