Too dark in the room need more light and smell piss in the room.

Clean room, comfy bed/pillows, ice cold AC, and great location.

The exterior of the building itself could use some love and attention but honestly there wasn't anything that I didnt like.

The Location was convenient for our needs but not very pretty. The staff was very helpful, offering toothbrushes bd shower Caps when my luggage didn‘t arrive. We did have to ask for towels and blankets, and the bathroom amenities were 2 tiny Soap bars and one tiny bottle of Shampoo for 2 people. No Lotion or conditioner or shower gel. Also the window sheet was hanging half off the outside of our room window. A nice perk was warm baked Cookies in the afternoon. Downtown Spokane is a Hard area to survive in. I think they are trying to keep this Location Agnostiker.
