Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Spokane

It wasn’t a bad location, but also I’m a very busy road

The entire facility was not very clean, the pool was out of service without any notification online before check-in. Very busy hallway and noisy guests.

Paid for extra early check in($40) wasnt able to check in until 2 hours before normal check in also, wasnt made aware the fridge wasnt working bathroom was kinda dirty shower had mold and room was very humid with no way of letting fresh air in.. and their "free breakfast" microwaveable waffles, orange juice tasted sour and apple juice was watered down.

The room was super clean and well-maintained, a good value for the amount charged. It had all of the major amenities we would have expected (refer, hair dryer, iron and board). I liked the size of the soap - lots of hotel are providing thin wafers that are hard to use and don't last long enough for the stay. The staff provided extra towels and wash cloths when requested. The hotel is located in an area with several restaurants within close walking distance. Although it was a slightly iffy part of town, we never felt unsafe at all.

The towels could have used more bleach. They looked dingy. The breakfast was very basic, almost all food was packaged hard boiled eggs, muffins, oatmeal, but they did have fresh fruit and white bread for toast, juice, coffee and tea. A waffle maker would have been great. We were on the back side of the hotel and I still heard hot rods on the busy road out front late at night. There were no extra cosmetic amenities like a make-up remover sheet or lotion. We were cold at night and when we requested another blanket, staff could not provide one.
