Great location, clean, friendly staff
We stayed here when in town for a concert at the Orpheum and what a treat it was! Valet service staff were amazing and made check in, and check out quick and easy and fit our needs. Desk staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfy. The hotel is in easy walking proximity to the Orpheum, State St and right there in Capitol Square. We wouldn't think of staying anywhere else while in Madison. Thank you!
Nice hotel
I was in Madison for two nights on business and wanted a hotel somewhere close to bars and restaurants. This hotel ticked that box perfectly. There is a a great deal of choice within a short walking distance. The hotel itself is nice. It has an old school feel about it. The rooms are comfortable. My room had an amazing outlook to the State Capital Building. The staff were great especially the valet team. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Madison. Don’t be put off by the connection to Best Western , this one is amazing.

Room was clean and opened directly to the pool which was ideal for our little one. Location was great for the children's museum, capitol building, farmers market, and a walk down State St.
