Booked room w/2 beds. Got a rooms/1 bed. Cigarette burns inn.spread Noisy loud music right outside my door. Just a really bad experience

Horrible place, dirty, zero electrical outlets in the bedroom, shattered cabinet doors in the bathroom, and the couch? (we were in the suite), Stained/Smelly! Bugs crawled thru the large gap in the main door & there were missing covers on the outlets that actually expiated! At $60 per night i would have been disappointed but they charged me $138!!!! For a single night! And as if all i’ve written wasn’t bad enough…. 30 minutes after checking in the owner literally used his master key & walked into the room without calling, knocking or otherwise announcing himself!!!! At all costs DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! RUN RUN RUN!!!

It was like a welfare motel people sitting outside my window music till 3am ambulance came and took somebody out on a strecher

It was disgusting. The room had blood on the wall,spiderwebs in the bathroom and dirty sheets. Not to mention I was supposed to get 2 queen beds and was given 1 full bed. I brought it up to the manager and they told me it was not their issue to deal with hotel.com.

Even though I had the confirmation email from the hotel, they said my reservation was canceled, so they charged me at the desk. I had reserved a non-smoking room. I got a smoking room; it stunk, and there were burn marks on the blanket. I stepped into the room, and a roach ran right in front of me. I turned on the light next to the door to find a lamp fixture with a bare bulb and no lampshade. I looked at the ceiling and saw that the smoke detector had been removed. I went to the bathroom to find the toilet paper dispenser hanging on the wall by one screw(ever hear of drywall screws??) I was thankful to have toilet paper at this point. I turned the AC (control cover fell off in my hands) on only to discover that it blew straight up the curtains and was cooling the windows and nothing else. I used my cane to block the curtain against the window so the AC could blow into the room. It was pointless as after 30 minutes the AC was just blowing lukewarm air and not cooling anything. I turned on the light next to the bed and it took three tries for the push button to work --- it would not turn off, however, so I had to reach behind the nightstand with the non-working clock to unplug it from the wall. When I laid down to sleep, I saw two roaches climbing up the wall. Somehow I managed to sleep but woke up to the floor soaking wet, including the backpack that I laid next to the bed, from the AC. TV and mini fridge worked so you have to give them that.....

Dirty place, rude receptionist, dirty sheets, full of cockroaches, I had to buy sheets and towels, I do not recommend

It’s a dump the money they charge is for 3 & 4 star hotel and this is 0 star

STAY AWAY....RUDE PEOPLE, ROACH INFESTED!!! They do not care either. They say well we can give you another room (roach infested is not just in one room!) My husband has a lung disease and can not stay with disease carrying roaches crawling on him.

The floors were dirty ur feet got black an floors were sticky

This place was in the middle of meth city. The room was dirty homeless people wondering all night the people next door were fighting all night the shower only have cold water this place was awe full
