Older motel, David is a terrific owner and very accommodating. They work very hard to please their customers. Price is right, hotel is clean and beds are extremely comfortable.

This place is terrible. Toilet not bolted to floor, tv gets only one channel, remote broken. Water smells and only lukewarm, not warm enough for shower. Lamp shades missing. Most of light bulbs missing. Grounds and pool area run down and dirty. I checked out ahead of schedule because I couldn't stand it anymore. The only goo thing I can say is the housekeeping ladies did the best they could with what they had to work with.

Strange people roaming thru the parking lot at night, Bums living on the out skirts of the property. constant noise, very unsafe place,, I ending up checking out of hotel at 8 pm due to unsafe location

Very run down. Ants in the room. Phone don’t work. Hot water only lasted a few minutes. Bed very hard. LOUD people and music in the parking lot and adjacent rooms. Headlights beaming into our room ALL NIGHT LONG! WAY overpriced!

Paint in room were poor, lamp shades were falling apart, roaches in room, no information in room for wifi or anything else that is normally found in a hotel room.

It was in poor shape four months after Hurricane Ian devastated the area. Recovery in the area is very slow.

Expedia charged me close to $350 a night. The walk-in would have been that much for the whole week. They were damaged in the last hurricane. Grounds were a mess. The room next to me hat 4 construction workers who were living there for a fraction of the cost. I guess this why my donation to the cause. Really misleading of Expedia. Shame on you. I’m a disabled senior with li tied funds but found myself in a bind for lodging

Had to call while standing at the door to check in. They had doors and materials everywhere so I hope they are repairing things. Other Reviews Mentioned bed bugs and roaches and as nothing more local to my needs was available I took a chance here. So Far I haven't seen any... but I just got in. The AC smells like straight mold. The chairs are severely stained. Holes in curtains and the top "fancy sheet" cause it's not a comforter or quilt lol. And I don't feel the sheets are clean either with pot remnants and black hair everywhere.. The sink counter is broken on the edge coming from the wall. The fridge was dirty, not cold, and wasn't even wiped out. It had onion peels left in it... the door chain is broken completely. The door handle is janky. There is a bunch of men standing around loitering and handing off... stuff... Even my kid mentioned that he felt safer in the ghetto neighborhood where we used to live. I'm sleeping with my gun tonight for sure. And don't trust leaving anything in the room... Grateful its only a few nights. They have signs everywhere about no smoking. And stressed it at check in. Despite it smelling heavily of cigarettes everywhere outside. And the guy coming out the room next to us smelled like an ash tray. So good luck with that... I don't smoke but I feel that's the least of their worries. 3 good things. Although smelling like mold the AC works well and quickly. Someone can fold fancy towels nicely. And the man at the front desk was super nice. Even came out to help me open my door when I couldn't open it. I sincerely hope they improve the quality of the place and correct the loitering. All the Knights Inn locations I have been to have always been super nice and clean even if extremely out dated. So this one was a big let down...

Rude staff. Noisy / with loud music and loud conversation right outside my door. Booked 2 beds.. only got 1 w/ no cots avail. They blamed it on booker but my confirmation clearly said 2 queen beds. Nasty bed spread w/ cigarette burns. 2 flat old pillows Cig butts all over parking lot. This place was disgusting
