False advertising! Not a Baymont property! Front desk personnel RUDE, ignorant & all around I knowledgeable. If I could give zero stars for look of property, cleanliness, staff it would be too much!

"Terrible! Never again !!"

The room smelled of old stale cigarettes. The lock on the door was broken. Looked like it was kicked in. Had to place furniture in front of the door. Our room faced a dirty filled in old pool area. No refrigerator. Poor outside lighting.

I think a good motel or hotels experience starts with the staff and these gentlemen were wonderful. Easy and cheap didn’t make me think I was sacrificing comfort once I was settled in. Maybe some fly traps in general for guests to set up would be nice though.

"Ripped off"

!!!NO REIMBURSEMENT OF DEPOSIT!!!! The staff was friendly & helpful. The room was clean but there was visibal damages to doors and furniture.
