"A place to sleep, that's about it."

The room was well planned out. Renovated. Very clean.

We had a 2nd floor room, no elevator and narrow stairway. To get to the coffee bar and restaurant it was quite a walk thru a maze of hallways and up and down stairs. The air conditioner had a strange on/off cycle pattern. The entire building reeked of chlorine from the indoor pool. The parking lot is oddly designed and hard to maneuver. Never staying there again.

"Value hotel, not such a great experience"

Good location, just off the highway. Got a good value deal for the one night stay. Room was okay for the price paid. Front-desk service is minimal. Breakfast service is poor - below standard quality.

"Disappointing during Christmas holidays"

Room was clean when we checked in

I would not consider this property a hotel. We stayed for four nights over New Year’s, and the experience was very disappointing. There was no manager, no housekeeping at all during our stay, and our towels were never changed. The hot tub was cold every other day ,which was especially frustrating after skiing. Breakfast was very poor till the day of our checkout thanks to Elsa we got some fresh fruits for the first two days there wasn’t milk. I have never had such an experience at a hotel before

"Horrible"

The pool an hot tub

The hot tub broke so only had it one night then the roof was leaking. Then found bugs 100% sure they were bed bugs. No one answered my messages to change rooms

"it was a horrible hotel experience"

breakfast was horrible, toilet would not fluss, when my family 1st checked in the front desk staff gave us room where someone was staying then went back to get the correct room, there was no phone/tisssues in the room.

it was a bad experience from the room, staff not paying attention, terrible breakfast, not working toilet, smelley hallway.
