"Loved The Location But There's More Good News"

Only stayed two nights on an 11 day swing thru the Adirondacks, so I have alot of hotels to review. BRI at the front desk was FABULOUS. Of all the 5 BW hotels we stayed at, this location was our favorite because it was rather secluded, yet within walking distance to everything in downtown Lake George and the Oktoberfest. There were no issues whatsoever. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Grade: A.

"Beautiful October getaway…"

We love the BW! This was a perfect getaway for October. The rooms were clean, it was seemingly quiet most of the weekend and the pool was clean. Elsie the breakfast manager is amazing!!! Breakfast was always hot and stocked with everything it needed. Elsie made sure to fill anything that was looking empty & happily made her way around chatting with guests while doing so. She was the only one doing breakfast and Saturday and Sunday were very busy days. I hope the BW knows what an asset she is & how amazing she is with the guests. I looked forward to breakfast just so we can chat with her. The only drawback I had was the towels were never stocked in the pool and it seems short staffed when it comes to cleaning people and front desk people. Other than that our stay was great.

Do not stay here. Terrible service and rooms are very old and dated. Breakfast if you want to call it that was awful and many items on the menu board were not available.
