Ability to pre check in online, room was clean , place was quiet staff was not intrusive. Modern decor, plenty to watch on TV

Too many texts and emails. Didn't like them trying to charge my card before I arrived when I picked the pay at arrival option. Didn't like the 7am text asking when I was leaving

A 3-star hotel charging 4-5 star prices. Pool is outside so only seasonal which was not good for our 7-yr old looking fo something to do. No streaming apps so very limited on things fo our child to watch on tv. Beds were comfortable but linens were not soft so that negates the comfort of the beds.

The room was dirty and the sheets had hair on them but it could be from the maid service because they do look clean. The beds are comfortable but the sheets and blankets are NOT soft so that takes away from the comfort.

The only thing I didn't like, and the reason I wouldn't go back, is that they changed the Dove shampoo to a very cheap one that damaged my hair. My hair became very dry and started falling out.

They changed the shampoo; it used to be Dove, and they replaced it with a lower-quality one, and my hair became very ugly and dry. That's what would make me not want to return to the hotel.
