"Won’t stay again."

The front entry of the hotel was very nice. Staff was friendly.

The rooms are old and run down. The bed was very uncomfortable and mattress way overdue for replacement. The sofa had a huge divet in it and couldn’t even be sat on. Let along used as a hide-a-bed. Shower head put out a small trickle of water.

The bathroom and anything laundered (pillows, towels, sheets) smelled like mildew. Not once did anyone come to refresh the room or offer more towels. Lastly, before I left, I asked the front desk for a receipt. They said they need to email it. I gave them my email. Never received my receipt. I called several times since asking for my receipt for reimbursement, I get put on hold and hung up on or just hung up on.

It was exceptionally clean and the beds were very comfortable . The night staff young man, Jovan was absolutely the best as I got to the hotel late. He worked his magic and explained the process. I checked out early thinking I would have been able to go home. So I cancelled my second day only to have to rebook it when all went sideways. Staff has been amazingly patient and kind.
