"Good but could of been better."

It was okay.

The headboard on the queen bed was loose and made a noise every time I turned or moved. Also the TV didn't work. And my husband left two of my expensive pillows I called and still haven't heard back from the hotel about my pillows. I will call and ask for the manager I want my pillows back.

"Most staff was friendly, with the one exception."

No operable ice machines. My fridge door didn’t seal. Floors were dirty. Main area to set things down was directly in front of the TV. Housekeeping did not come. Was told sarcastically that someone would be “right over to bring me towels, take the trash” after informing front desk housekeeping didn’t come. Pool was unusable. Confusing layout of breakfast area. Will not return, and advise others in my group not stay here.
