Bed was comfy

No heating, freezing room. Breakfast was freezing!! And we were next to a pair of newly weds and they were loud till about 3am

Nice towels. Nice big room. Layout of hotel was different to most and it was interesting.

Not enough pillows to have a choice.

The location is great, such a peaceful and pleasant place. The room was spacious, cozy, and clean, with a large, very comfortable bed, and the receptionist was kind and smiling. Thank you! 💜

However, the room was cold because the heating was turned off, it caused a bit of discomfort.

I really liked the peaceful and calming views around the hotel, which created a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was also decent with a good selection available. The fan in the room was appreciated too.

Unfortunately, there were several disappointing aspects to the stay. We were not informed that facilities such as the swimming pool would be closed before or after booking, which was frustrating. The room was extremely hot with no thermostat or way to control the temperature, making it uncomfortable to sleep. There was only one pillow each on the bed, and when we asked reception for extras, we were told none were available. The room also felt poorly maintained — the fridge was switched off and unusable, one of the drawers was broken and falling off, and the bathroom was much smaller than shown in the photos online. The shower fittings had marks on the metal, and the water temperature was far too hot and difficult to control. There was no shampoo provided, only body wash, which didn’t feel in keeping with an executive room. Finally, the bed appeared to be two single beds pushed together, leaving a noticeable gap down the middle which made it uncomfortable to sleep on.

The room was much bigger than expected, very clean all around and the bed/pillows were very comfortable, we were even surprised to see that our room came with a small balcony. We were in a connecting room but you barely noticed. Will definitely be back.

The area outside of our room was a bit messy but both my partner and I work in a hotel so we understand.

Great room, loads of space and comfy bed staff we pleasant, easy check in. Nice setting

Reception bar and restaurant were a bit drab a bit of colour to brighten place up would of been nice

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff couldn't do enough for us. The bunk broke in our room, and they moved us to a bigger better room and gave us a free evening meal.

It would have been better if it was more accessible by public transport. And if the pool was open.
