"Wonderful stay, but very hot!"

The staff was always smiling and ready to help. The breakfast buffet had a massive variety of fresh, delicious english options. The room was incredibly clean, spacious, and quiet.

The lack of air conditioning in the room was a problem. there was only a small fan which wasn't very helpful during my stay in the summer.

Breakfast was fair

We are in the middle of a heatwave and the room was boiling. Room didn't have air conditioning (only heat) and no fans were offered. It gave off a slight 'hostel' vibe and could use an upgrade. I appreciate that this is a 3 star facility so it was okay for what it is. However, in retrospect I could've spent an extra £30 for the Hilton a few streets away. This facility was not value for money

Good location, phenomenal staff who tried hard to make the stay as comfortable as possible.

Had to switch rooms 3 times because we’ve been given a accessible room with a non functioning bathroom door first, in the second room we were then met with maintenance people, third room room service walked in unannounced. When we finally got to lay down to sleep in the third room, there was like a youth group partying on the hallway. Thumbs up for staff for resolving it quickly after we complained via the official WhatsApp number, but no complementary breakfast or anything offered for the disturbances.
