Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were as expected, clean and tidy. Decor was thoughout a great branded feel, fun and city stay vibes.

Just cooler rooms but it was a very hot day/night.

Perfect for getting anywhere in the city, tram station in very close walking distance just walk up a slop. Lovely public house right next door with friendly people

Beds are quite small singles, not very comfy and pillows were like a bag a cement

Good location, only a five-minute walk from the train and bus station. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. Check-in starts at 3 pm, but we arrived a few hours earlier and had no problem leaving our suitcases at reception.

Drinking water is available only at reception, so if you get thirsty during the night, you need to go there or buy water. There is no iron in the room, but there is a 24-hour ironing room on the first floor. The air conditioning only works as heating, and as it was very hot during our stay, we had to rely on the small fan provided in the room.

Good location - close to station

Too hot- fab not enough during heatwave. Need to sort out actual aircon as window cannot open fully and it’s simply too hot with just a fan
