I had a AMEX gift card to pay for my room but was told at checkout AX wasn't accepted. That made no sense since I always travel with gift cards I've received.

USUSWould like to get room to be cleaned everyday during our 3-days staying. Also, the $25.00 extra charged per room is not reasonable, not friendly, without notice in advance in the room booking page, surprised to me. Hope to see the improvement!
USIt was really nice to eat outside by the pool because this time of year is beautiful in the morning in Palm Springs. The food was not quite as good as a usual hotel buffet breakfast, but it was pretty comparable.
The room was a little bit run down as far as small details like baseboards, etc. It was what you'd expect for a 2 star hotel.
