TRI stayed at this location back in May of 2021, and found it so poorly maintain that I vowed never to return. So imagine my surprise this morning when I noticed a reservation, to begin on 2/6/2026, that was fraudulently made in my name at this hotel. More suspicious, the reservation and emailed confirmation were made the day before, on 2/5/2026. When I called the franchise owner this morning (2/6/2026), I was rudely dismissed. When I called the corporate Customer Service (C.S.), I was kindly assisted. After they contacted the franchise owner, C.S. told me he said, "that it was too late to cancel without penalty, but he would do me the courtesy of canceling the reservation without charge this time." His false courtesy belies the fraudulent booking made with such short notice. One has to wonder how the customer information required to make a reservation was accessed?

This hotel in Palm Springs is located near my work so it’s very accessible. It is more of a motel style of accommodation but it is good value for the price. Breakfast can be better. Room is good.
