Location friendly staff.

Bedroom located next to the vetalation system noise from staff outside the window could not get any sleep for 2 days.

Room was nice, grounds are lovely

-Noise in the room, especially from 5:30am onwards where the trolleys of bed linen was being moved about which was very noisy and woke us up very early. Staff working from the time outside our room making it difficult to relax or try get some more sleep. -TV not a smart one like most of the other bed rooms -unable to access the spa due to it been full, it was also an additional charge when already paying for a 2 night stay.

Beautiful building and great facilities. Really clean and lovely friendly staff who went above and beyond

Hotel room was dirty poo stains on toilet previous occupants tooth brush left behind aswell reception very rude an if yku tried to call them which we did multiple times never picked up room needed painting an all you could hear all nigjt was creaking floorboards

The facilities are pleasant, however busy.

There is zero noise cancellation throughout the property. We could hear everything that was happening within the corridor and rooms on either side of ours. We stayed during a wedding which didn’t help, the noise was excessive.
