I paid for a superior queen room. All I can say is the standard double must be minuscule. Both bedroom and bathroom were tiny and underwhelming.

"guter Ausgangspunkt mit Seebad-Flair im viktorianischen Stil"

Personal: freundlich, hilfsbereit Lage: sehr gut, nur durch vor dem Hotel verlaufende Strasse von der Promenade getrennt; Brighton Palace Pier fussläufig (ca. 5 Min.) erreichbar; i360 praktisch vor der Tür, The Lanes, North Laines, Royal Pavillon gut zu Fuß erreichbar Frühstück: gut, Ei in allen Variationen, Käse 2 Sorten, Wurst 2 Sorten, Fisch, Marmelade, Nutella, Honig, Würstchen, warmer Schinken, Bohnen (Schwerpunkt: English Breakfast), Croissants, Toast (hell + dunkel), Muffins, Obst, Cerealien, Säfte, Joghurts Sauberkeit: gut, Bad wohl kürzlich erneuert / Lärm: Hotel ruhig (allerdings hatten wir ein Zimmer nach hinten, können also zum Strassenlärm nichts sagen)

- Parkplatz: Parkhaus mit Zugang zum Hotel, sehr enge Parkplätze, voll, die mittlerweile fast überall üblichen Kosten, aufgrund der allgemeinen Situation in Brighton praktisch alternativlos - vor dem Hotel darf man eigentlich auch beim Check-in nicht parken

Great location Comfy bed

Missing the basics, No fridge, No water in room, No coffee machine, No robes, No fresh bath towels for second night., Mirror was dirty in bathroom, bath wasn’t very clean. Couldn’t get through to reception, tried to call on route to hotel to ask question re: parking Cut off multiple times. Couldn’t get through to reception during our stay. Expected more from our stay to be honest!

"If we knew that the a/c is not working we would never booked a room."

Air conditioner was not working while there was +33. Noise was coming inside despite we were on the 6th floor.
