The Lodge at Torrey Pines is immaculate! From the spacious rooms to the amenities that the property has to offer is second to none. Me and my family loved everything about the hotel. Diante Ashby in reservations was extremely helpful in planning my stay. The causal restaurant on the grounds was amazing and me and my family had such an amazing experience overall. Thank you staff!

The location and facilities are beautiful and well maintained. It is a very unique property and architecturally it is worth the stay. The service staff are attentive, kind and pleasant. Food in the main restaurant was very good. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed the fire pit that came with our room - however it would have been nice if the room came with instructions on how to use it. What dropped my rating from 5 to 4 was the front desk experience. For the price of the stay I expected a bit more service. From the website I understood there was a resort fee and with this came some amenities - the front desk staff did not inform us how to utilize these, where to access them or even that they were available. She did not give us any pointers about the hotel and hardly guided us on even how to find our room. She felt rushed in the check in process even though there was no one else checking in at the time. We had the same experience when I went to inform that we would be utilizing our extended late check out (we booked with Amex).

I actually haven't been there yet. I am writing a review because Renee, in reservations, was the most amazing experience I have ever had when I had to make changes to a reservation. I highly recommend dealing directly with The Lodge at Torrey Pines, as opposed to working with any external booking agent.

We stayed at The Lodge last weekend for a quick little getaway. From the moment we pulled up, we were met with a very high level of customer service. From the valet to the front desk. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and friendly. On top of that, we spent a lot of our time at the pool. We were consistently met with a very high level of service. From their knowledge of the menu, to their efficiency and professionalism. The cocktails were super yummy and we never wanted for anything. Huge shout to Brian, Camryn, Santiago, and Zach who were working during our stay. We definitely felt like we mattered and were valued as customers. We will be back.

Great lodge, Amazing location. Very hard to beat. Renee in reservations was amazingly helpful. The golf speaks for itself and lived up to the expectations. The restaurants at the Lodge are fantastic as well. Very convenient to La Jolla and the broader San Diego area. We loved it!

We often stay at this hotel. Love the atmosphere, the rooms, the views, the food, the spa and the golf. All of the employees are incredibly helpful and friendly.
