the location is great just a short walk from the station

the lack of security. the quality of breakfast. the rudeness of receptionist and cleaners

Wee loved the room hall was nice and fresh staff where great breakfast was really good shops and restaurants nearby just a pity they don't do food or drink wish could have stayed longer

No 5 room... beautiful set up n lay out

Location fantastic

Staff didn't know I was booked and took 15mins to sort room out so cleanilness was rushed and being awake to 2am in the morning by wedding guests and boy racers and foul language being heard by my young children really it was disasterous and only stayed one night and paid for two night but I really had enough a long with my young children also lack of reception staff

Room didn't smell nice, toilet seat did not fit toilet right, tills cracked in bathroom and in shower, could not do pouched eggs for breakfast only fried or scrambled, I ask for brown toast to be told only have white. And only 1 towel for 2 people, are 2rd room was really hot and could not work out why, key fob didn't work so had to be given a key
