Very nice customer service person switched our room when the heat didn’t work on the first one didn’t work.

Second room (after no heat in first) had very strong mildew/mold smell, what looked like black mold near ceiling in bathroom, cold coffee at breakfast time (likely from night before). We ran the bathroom fan all day when we were out but horrible mildew smell was still there in the evening when we returned
