Location and breakfast both good.

Shower controls.

Evening and next am staff were great. The lobby was clean and welcoming. The room was competitively priced. The night time employee got me a great extra blanket and we slept well. Breakfast was prompt and had a good selection.

A call to the property around 4 pm got a employee that was not helpful. He said manager wouldn't be there until next am. My confirmation number could not be found so the person told me he couldn't take my email confirmation. This made no sense to me. I spent 30 min on the phone to booking.com to get it sorted. They sent an email to the property. After waiting 20 or so min I called the property and same employee still could not help. Then I was mad and angrily told him to call manager. Now manager was there and solved the problem. Employee needs to learn how to help customers better next time.

Location is fantastic! Staff was great. And (for a fee), they allowed us to stay with our dog. Very much appreciated.

Bed mattress was terrible! It sags towards the middle, so at night you feel like you are always “migrating” towards the middle. And the room (lowest level; kind of a garden level) had a wet or musty smell.

Breakfast was amazing

Maybe daily service for cleaning the room.
