1. location - you cannot hear outside noises inside the room 2. coffee - there's 24-hour access to coffee by the lobby. 3. free parking - there's free available parking

1. Room - when we entered the room, a foul smelling odor greeted us. Although the room seemed clean, there's an odor inside. When my husband checked and he said it might be coming from the sewer. The following day, we complained and asked if we can be moved for the night since we will be leaving the following day. The receptionist said, there's no available room anymore. 2. "free" breakfast option - I mean, you get what you paid for. So do not set high expectations.
