The pool and pool room were clean, but the amount of chlorine in the air was extreme. It burned my eyes it was so strong. Not sure if there is anything to be done, but more ventilation would definitely help.

Average had the exact same thing both mornings

Fridge didn’t work well, A/C made loud clunking noises had to sleep with a pillow on my head to muffle the noise. Chlorine smell very strong the minute you entered the building. I had chemical induced asthma in my past so makes my throat sore.

The location was good.

The receptionist and manager were so rude and unhelpful. The lack of hospitality and the poor customer service were really disappointing. We asked for body wash because the dispenser in our shower was empty, but it was never done. We stayed for 2 nights and the wifi didn’t work the entire time. When we asked the receptionist, she told us that we had to call the service provider ourselves? So we waited on hold for over an hour and nothing was resolved. We shouldn’t have to wait on hold on holiday, the receptionist was more interested in smoking cigarettes outside than proving decent customer service. We will never stay here again. I’m a travel agent and will not recommend to my clients.

Staff is friendly and very accommodating. The the cookies at check-in are yummy.

I never book the cheapest room available. I believe that if you pay a little more for your stay, they will pay their employees more and you'll get a better experience. This was the case with Country Inn and Suites. It was reasonably priced and I can't say a single bad thing about it. They offered free breakfast with waffles, eggs and sausage and more. They have ample parking, indoor pool, elevator and luggage carts (always surprised and disappointed when a hotel doesn't have a luggage cart) It was very friendly and comfortable. And within a 30 min. drive to so many different things. I'd recommend it.

The desk clerk said breakfast was until 10:30 since it was a holiday but they were putting everything away at 9:30. No one was around to ask about it.
