"It was okay"

One of the things I liked about my stay at hotel was comfort cleanliness of room

Was very disappointing that they didn’t have any warning about the hot tube not working an out of order an that really was one of my man excited about the whole stay couldn’t get to

The heat did not work nor could they fix it. The toilet would not flush and ran all night. They would not give money back to go somewhere else nor would they move us

"This place sucks! Sarah and Amanda should be fired!"

Amanda and Sarah suck. Terrible customer service and hang up the phone when they hear something they don’t want. Cancelled our reservation 2 times in a row without even conversing with us. Never say here you will loose your reservation without even KNOWING. Rudest people ever pick the Howard Johnson over this place!
