Location was it. Hotel was not clean. Room had bugs in the bathroom. Bed hard as a rock. Room stunk of smoke and was supposed to be non smoking. Just all in all not what I expected.

"The hotel is old and has poor customer service."

It was close to where I needed to be.

No one was managing the front desk when I arrived. I had to call the hotel for someone to come from the back office & she was on her cell phone. Breakfast consisted only of waffles and juice.

Close to where ai needed to be

Remodel ASAP. The bathrooms are terrible, if I could, I would have left. The bathroom door had a whole in the door and just spacul over and painted. The smell entering the hotel wasn't pleasant. The TV didnt work. The tubs were moldy. The front door safety lock didnt do anything, we could just open the door. The rooms were dingy and creepy

The location was easy to find and close to the university for travel. It was fairly close to eateries and some shopping.

There were no additional blankets available for the pull out couch. The "breakfast" provided was extremely limited with no hot items available.
