Room was very good, bed was very comfortable.

Construction is construction, however when we booked we were told the spa would still be available. When we showed up we were told there was a change and the spa was unavailable. Somewhat disappointing.

The location of the hotel is highly convenient.

e booked and paid for a King room for a 4-night stay, at a higher rate than rooms available for same-day arrivals. However, on the first night we were assigned a very small room that did not match the room type or photos shown when we made the reservation. The room had only one bed and did not even include a luggage rack. There was no proper place to store our luggage except on the floor. We were told that this was supposedly the best room available that night. The next morning, I spoke with the front desk and explained that the room did not match what we booked. The front desk staff then moved us to the room next door, which was significantly larger and much more in line with what we originally expected and reserved. This raised an important concern: if a suitable room was actually available, why were we not assigned it when we checked in? We paid for that room category and believe it should have been reserved for us. If the booked room type was unavailable or sold to another guest, we believe there should have been compensation or a refund for the difference. We raised this concern with the front desk, but so far we have not received any update or resolution. We respectfully request a review of this matter and consideration for appropriate compensation or a rate adjustment.

I was initially put into a room at the back, with a very noisy aircon machine outside. I changed room at 1.30 a.m as I couldn't sleep! Rather slow service in the dining area.

I liked the quick response of house keeping. The room was clean. I like the location, it is in a quite area.

Before I booked the room, you didn't tell me that the hotel is going under renovation. Only after I booked it, I received the information regarding the hotel. I also requested a quite room. There was noise starting in the morning and I have my senior mother with me. I booked premier room because from previous experience, I knew the wash room is spacious. This time, I was given a room in the far corner, and the bathroom door when opened is very close to the sink, which is very narrow to pass through. There is no table in the room as it used to be in the premier. The pictures you have for the rooms are old, from before the hotel underwent renovation. The house keeping manager showed me a king size room with pullout couch as an option, but it was not convenient for us. I was stuck with the room i booked and couldn't change it. I couldn't cancel it because it was not refundable. I stayed in this hotel many times, but this time, I was not happy.

Service was ok

The pool and hot tub was closed for renovation and this was not notified before. They did offer us the service in anothee hotel but it did not make sense to walk with swimming costumes on the road to be able to use the service in another hotel, it was extremely disappointing
