Era molto difficile regolare l’acqua nella doccia. Inoltre la porta della doccia non si chiudeva ed il bagno era freddo.

This is our favorite hotel and staff in Banff! We have been coming here over the years and can’t say enough about the entire crew. Everyone here worked to make our stay great, as they always do! Our concierge Neil arranged some amazing activities for us. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and we are fairly certain there isn’t anyone he doesn’t know or can’t call in Banff! The Chef and team…Fantastic. Bartenders…Great! Housekeeping…Excellent. For the record, my wife and I both started out as servers young in life, so we know what good service is…and how hard it can be to please world travelers like us…and this is it! RCL nails it.

Staff were very friendly. They were very helpful when we had questions and we were pleased to receive an upgrade at checkin.

The shower was dated and the shower head sprayed in many directions, including over the shower door into the bathroom, making the floor very wet! The bed was old and very, very creaky.

Nice big rooms, sliding doors to the outside is a great feature for the summer months. Spacious lobby area. Close walk to the shops and restaurants. Would stay again.

The rooms were clean, but the hotel is in need of some updates. With so many hotels in the area, renovations could help make it more appealing to guests. One of the hotel’s strong points is its excellent location in the heart of Banff. However, we experienced an issue with the service, as a front desk staff member provided us with incorrect information and a map regarding local bus routes to nearby attractions. As a result, we wasted nearly two hours before realizing that those destinations were not accessible by bus, which negatively affected our plans for the day.
