Es la segunda vez que me alojo aqui y la experiencia es muy buena, buena relación calidad precio, un spa muy agradable después de un día de esquí, y gente muy amable.

En el desayuno la cocina es muy lenta, por lo que optamos algunos días por desayunar en otro lugar para ganar tiempo.

"Didn't happen"

My reservation was made two months in advance but when I arrived at 4:00 pm that afternoon , my reservation was not honored, they moved us to a location farther away from downtown Banff. I was not HAPPY!

"They Had Rooms but Still Sent Us Away"

I would strongly caution anyone considering a stay at Royal Canadian Lodge. I arrived with a confirmed booking, only to be told that I was being sent to a different hotel – even though this hotel still had rooms available. No one had clearly informed me in advance, and no one asked for my genuine agreement. After a tiring trip, my family and I were simply too exhausted to argue or start searching for another place at that hour, so we were effectively forced to accept a decision that had already been made for us.
